They think that those Normal Universities from four districts of Cross_Straits face many common parts on proactive talent education,teacher training and the challenges.They all agreed that they should be pay more attention to the students'innovative,creative and entrepreneurial ability. teachers should lead students innovation entrepreneurship and keep pace with the times.the school should pay attention to cultivate talents of self -learning ability.Multiple language training should pay much attention to the students, ,raises the met the need of the development of globalization internationalized talents. With the increasingly rapid development of science and technology, the Internet and the popularity of high and new technology, such as high-tech education towards younger ages, this requires teachers to learn and master the knowledge in advance, in order to better education of the children.
Meanwhile, we should not only attach great importance to formal class teaching but also extracurricular education in the course of teacher education. The School’s own development is important as well as the cooperation with local industry, only by combining production with education the school can serve local economic. The challenges that colleges from different area and in different type should face would be different in their transformation. To expand education is not enough, not only should we make it special but also we should create a brand. Not all normal universities will be able to transition to a comprehensive university, so local colleges should start from the transformation and development of how to serve the local. The meeting also mentioned that the teachers and students from mainland ，Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan need a communication with the way of both various and in-depth .
